Career Opportunities

Since its inception, ECA has been deeply committed to its employees and their families. The average ECA employee has worked for the company for over 15 years, and through the use of profit sharing, a stock ownership program, a continuing education program, and its award-winning wellness program, ECA’s employees are encouraged to become financially, mentally, and physically healthy.

Through stock ownership opportunities and its drilling program, many of ECA’s employees have been invited to share in the company’s 28% annual growth rate over the past 30 years. Each employee is also encouraged to achieve a higher level of education, and will receive up to full reimbursement from the company for any educational degree he or she pursues.

In 2006, ECA’s goal of measurably increasing its employees’ overall health by 10% was not only met, but exceeded. The program is available for both employees, and their spouses, and has a yearly participation rate of up to 95%. In 2007 ECA was one of only 22 companies designated ‘Platinum’, the highest honor given out by the Wellness Council of America, and in 2008 ECA was awarded the ‘C.
