For over 25 years, ECA has provided its interns with hands-on experience and challenging and rewarding work opportunities.  ECA currently employs over 30 paid interns each summer in a number of departments including:

Our paid Internship Program not only provides practical work experience and valuable opportunities for our interns, but also allows us to evaluate them as potential employees. Many of ECA’s interns have been hired for fulltime positions and have gone on to become managers and high level executives, both within ECA and the industry at large.
